Jay and I are pleased to present our FRCFoamies F16 mk2 as
part of our Profile Series of parkjets!
Back in May, JohnFomOz modified our F16 Mk1 and it performed really well. We knew then that an F16 mk2 would be in the cards. We call the F16 mk2 an "Advanced Profile Parkjet" - a plane that will allow us to push the limits of our piloting skills but only takes 3 or 4 hours to build. Takes the pressure off, doesn't it?

Some of the F16 mk2 Features:
-30 inch wingspan for lower wing loading with multiple servos.
-Leading edge flaps provide tons of lift with less weight than KF's.
- Motor position brings power system closer to CG.
-TV vanes designed to improve thrust vectoring even with less thrust.

- Responsive rudder even with single stabilizer design.
-Accepts a wide variety of power systems.
** A quick build time to take the pressure off!!**

This is the first of our Advanced Profile Parkjets. In the coming
weeks, check back in the FRCFoamies Profile Series thread:

for information on the next release! Including a real iconic American fighter jet with features that will give you goose bumps!

We'd like to thank our test pilots for testing and feedback on the final plans- especially Mark (Newt) who took our F16 mk2 to show at Flitetest! Look for their videos over the next few days!

I'm using the 2700kv motor and 6x4 emp prop in this video. Any standard parkjet motor will do.

I have yet to build an F16 and this looks like the perfect start. I hope I will be able to fly it at least half as well as Jay
Thanks FRC foamies.

Do the missiles act as SFG`s or can I leave them off, cos I know they `ll get broken.

They do add stability but we found you can use magnets if you think you might break them off.

I down loaded the plans at around 2`o clock p.m.Greenwich meantime. It took less than half as long to get to this stage than it took to get the plans printed and stuck togetherFRC F16v2 001.jpg  FRC F16v2 002.jpg  Now 18.14.
