Another year blows by and yet again another exciting collection of new aircraft designs keep coming to the top. I politely watched the various groups here develop some unique and truly well designed aircraft.

Now it's time to brag about it !!

Categories are in no particular order or even necessary, this is just the way I think I did give Park Jet its own grouping this time though. There has been such a nice blend of other aircraft types that I wanted to widen the scope a little more to exclude anything.

* Park Jet
* Cargo
* Water / snow / grass
* FPV and/or multirotor
* Performance (3d and/scale/pylon)
* Foul weather (flies no matter what)
* Relaxed Fly (that easy warm up plane)
* Goto (that all around goto plane).
*Sparkle (when you just got to show off your stuff)

Park Jet ...This is a mixed bag of tricks again. I've held the RCP MiG v4 closest to my heart awhile now. The FRC MiG-29 Fulcrum is riddling that for me anymore. Once really trimmed in the FRC MiG is just as nimble but exceeds in battery efficiency and flight time. Both are amazing Park Jets.

Cargo ... still clunking around in the FT Cargo Twin : I do have a new plan Malukk insisted I try called the FT Guinea.

Water ...or snow is still the Mako : Primarily because its small and I can keep it in tight. In a cross wind this thing sux.

FPV ...The KK explorer will float around nicely for good long time. Essentially a mid engine glider built similar to the Bixler.

Performance ... I picked a 32" EPP Edge that I abuse in the back yard on those calm days at home. Just stupid fun.

Foul Weather ... still gotta be the FRC Alpha Jet : It fly's through gusty days and pays little mind to what the weather is doing.

Relaxed ...nothing else fly's like the Multiplex Fun-Cub. It has it's own touch and feel.

Goto plane ... I get a real kick out of flying the FRC F-16 profile. It's a little more hefty and durable than the typical profile plane but it fly's so increadibly stable and is remarkably nimble.

Sparkle .. the FRC MiG 2.88 and when people will walk up and ask "where did you get that" ? .. you know its done right.

Okay ... what may be yours ?

Happy Holidays everyone !!
Fly like your mad at it.

I always love this thread every year, thanks for starting it.

Here's my choice:

1) Parkjet - I think one of my favorite these days is the FRC Mig-29. Love this jet a lot. I am in process of building another one.

2) Cargo - FT Guinea Pig all the way

3) Water/Snow/Grass - FT Seaduck. Havent built the RCP Hydrojet yet but build is in progress. At least from videos it looks awesome!

4) FPV/Multirotor - My 5" alien quad with KISS setup is a blast!

5) Performance (3d) - Still the HK Hummer is my favorite

6) Foul Weather (Flies no matter what) - RCP Mig29v4 all the way. Also my favorite plane alongside FRC Mig29. (These two are my top favorite planes)

7) Relaxed fly - RCP SU34v4 and RCP SU27v5

8) GoTo (all rounder) - RCP Mig29v4

9) Sparkle (when you just gotta show off) - FRC Mig2.88 TWIN engine scaled to 110%. The original one is great but 110% twin engine just outperforms all the jets I have flown so far. This is the plane that also grabs a lot of attention from crowd. It does it all and very well!

Happy holidays to all!

This EPP plane is tough. 2nd video... after shooting a gap in the trees I clipped a branch and it spun out ... but able to "crash-land" flat on its bottom before it flipped over. NO damage other than a broken prop! Sorry the video is jerky. It has an Eagle Tree Mini Vector and on 2D mode it wants to self-level. I'm going to use gyro mode instead from here on out.

I'm trying to think of some kind of graveyard/crash joke but I have nothing!
Love the onboard videos.

You're kidding...

Opinions run pretty thin by the volume of replies in this thread.

Sorry about that.
My list is not as broad as some:
1. Park Jet: NAMC SU 27, bobdabilduh PAK FA, RCP SU 30 v4 and FT Mini Arrow.
2. Cargo: FT Guinea Pig. I've had mine for 2 years and love it.
3,4 & 5- nil
6. Foul Weather: Sepak Wilga 2000. Airframe is the original. Everything else changed and/or modified. Skis for snow.
7. Relaxed: Wilga 2000, C-Ray 180 and bobdabilduh's Horten.
8. Go to: PFI P.60 Twin. Overpowered but pure joy to fly.
9. Sparkle: my FT 200% Arrow. Huuuuge! 5.5ft. ws and impressive in the sky.

Fun doing this.

Thanks Tom.

My list is kind of lame but I will give you my favorites anyways

NAMC Mig35B
PI PAK FA T50
FRC Mig29 Twin Motor
FT Spitfire
PI P40
My scratch build Lightning P38 (solid flyer in any condition )
FT Bloody Baron (this thing is just a blast)
PI Gotha P60

I should give the Mako another chance and build it again being it is winter here.

Oh, and for fpv I have cameras and such but still haven't figured out who will be the crash test dummies.
