Ive been looking at the Full scale f22 and next to the ailrons there is a smaller section on the wing-tips are they flaps?
im thinking of putting these on the F22eb V2

The interior are flaperons. Used for high maneuverability. Believe they're controlled by computer for stabilization. The wingtip surfaces would be the ailerons.

Yeah he is right..they act as flaps and as stability controls for high G manuvers as well as during high alpha flight..
