The BipePipe is getting a bit worn and is beginning to flex quite a bit in turns. I am reversing engineering a set of plans out of this plane as it has proven itself to be a goodun'. Since there will be another one coming I figured it'd be a good plan to retire this one. Tempting as it is to have two BipePipes (the plan has a few tweaks), I should really just decommission this one and use the parts instead of using up more parts and space. So, it went out to Exmoor and had a good retirement flight:

And later on in the week, I went up to Haddon hill and caught a nice sunset where the Su-35 can fly around and be very 80'sey. Having made the fuselage so narrow, everything is a bit squat inside which doesn't help with ventilation and so things can get a bit warm. Ordered a heatsink but will be a while 'til that arrives, so I've just cut a hole in the hatch, fed the ESC through and used a rubber band to hold it in place half outside the fuselage which seems to have remedied the issue. I forget how much more power the bigger parkjets eat though haha!
