Hello folks,i am looking for a motor that can hold an 1100 ish grams plane in the vertical, the motor must have a bolt on shaft and a nut to hold the prop on,i don't want the grip type shaft that the prop slides on to. I already have a Dynam peaks motor of 650 kv but the shaft is a grip fit, also I intend to use 4s on it,,any suggestions gratefully received thanks people

You want something like this and buy the nut shaft kit and motor mount kit.
That`s probably not the KV rating you want but it`s pointing you in the right direction. They have slower motors. It`s just an example.

Hey can`t you get a bolt on adapter for that dynam motor?Have a look at the back end and see if it has three bolt holes.

If this is the Dynam motor there are four bolt holes for the bolt on nut adapter.

Tony,
If this is your Dynam motor, it has a bolt on option that goes over the plain shaft.

This motor: http://www.buddyrc.com/sunnysky-x2216-880kv-short-shaft.html or this: http://www.buddyrc.com/sunnysky-x2216-1250kv.html prop to suit.
Equally good performance wise, QC sometimes lacking: http://www.myrcmart.com/rcx-be22177-1200kv-outrunner-brushless-motor-airplane-free-mounts-high-quality-p-6485.html
Both these series of motors thrive on abuse, if you overprop them they just shrug and keep spinning.
