I cheated, using no inner supports just to the bed when it came to my little part that loops or hooks onto the tx bar (5mm shaft) I taped a 5mm cf tube inplace so as it printed the overhang nothing really drooped at all.

Phase one done, main plate is done and fits. End brackets that lock it into place are printing now then the arms and after that I can work on the camera mounts. 2018_0311_183248_001.JPG  2018_0311_183258_002.JPG  2018_0311_183333_004.JPG  2018_0311_183339_005.JPG

I have parts and pieces now. Have to run to the bolt store though to get some proper length of bolts to fit the camera mount otherwise ready to go together. The camera mount I figured I would do the basic mount like your dash cam or in my case the SJ Cam so easy to change adapters if needed because I also want to build a adapter/tray for the 7" LCD screen so one simple screw to undo and switch out the adapter.

Well we have a tray assembled, now to try it and see if it feels comfortable or not.

Impressive work mate!
Whoever said nothing is impossible had obviously never tried slamming a revolving door...

Thanks, there are a couple areas I think I could improve on.

Battery access was a pain , actually almost impossible, duh, smart planning Jeff. New 1 piece back support/arms , , trim out the unwanted pieces on the tray itself and 4 screws and the back support is on. I changed the actual plans for the tray but I am not going to reprint it, oh I also made the Trainer plug-in accessible to in the new plans.

New back fits great, battery access is better but now a little flex in the frame front to back. So some new side rails that have two functions, one for strengthening the frame and second is to make it way more comfortable to grip, nice round side rail which glues into place.
