Decided to move forward with Stuntcat with a slight modification. Going to a pitch a 9x3.8 prop to match my other planes.
Again I used the hot water heating system 001.jpg  to handle all bends and it really paid off on all the parts.

I decided to attack the hardest piece and see how I do. stunt cat (3).jpg  Patience is the rule and 12 min later my motor mount was done. I let it warmup for 7 min before even apply pressure to start the bend. After that I just went slow and not even a crack. Next came the top and it ended up real easy with the hot pipe.

stunt cat (4).jpg  Next came the top and bottom at the base so it will form a leading edge. stunt cat (5).jpg  I then heat formed the top piece to the airfoil shape.
I like to design and fly unique planes.

On top, go to stuntcat build. Look on the top of the page. It shows a 3 page build.
