What is the best, fastest, and safest stuff to remove the paper backing from foam board ?
Do you remove it from one side at a time, or both at once?

That's brilliant. That is also why I use Adams. Just peel it off after plans are cut out. The paper left on the back of the plans also makes them easy peasy to reuse.

I like that little strip of foam used at the end so you don't crush your foam when you roll over the end.

I peel paper always before i cut to plans templates this saves me on blades. and keeps my edges square rather then picking edge , and possibly damaging it to get paper, to come off.

What do you do to get the spray glue off your foam from the plans? Or maybe you tape or tack plans on the foam?

I do not spray Glue on foam then place plans on it just becomes to sticky etc i just lay my templates on foam piece get as many plates on to keep waste at a minimum then i carefully cut templates all i do then is use masking tape and once template / foam piece is done either 1 or 2 pieces as per plans i then tape plan on foam for easy reference when it comes to assemblyIMG5309.jpg  IMG5318.jpg
