I think if you are building a 3000kg quad you will need a bigger motor...

Okay fine.
But what about if it's suitable to use it to build a quadcopter. And what about the propeller

11x7 or 12x6 on 3s 8x6 on 5s, it would be suitable for a quad.
That is all I know. I know nothing about quads.
11x7e on 3s produces 4,25 pounds of thrust.
Wot, no Depron?

No it's the weight, 3000kg is like 6600 lbs.

That`s the weight of a full scale light aircraft, do you mean three kilograms = 3000grams

As I know
Its thrust is approximately 2100 grams
Thus for a quadcopter we have 8400 grams total thrust
As I know we have to divide this number by 2 to have the quadcopter flying great
Thus 4200 grams... Let's suppose the quadcopter weight is 1500 grams
Thus it may have a payload of 2700grams
Am right?
