You mentioned in an earlier post that you have .pdf plans for those of us that want to have a go at it. Where do i find the link for the plans? I've never met a Corsair that I didn't want to build and fly.
Thanks for the beautiful work!

I will send you a pm message with them.

With the 3 layers of foam and 2 1/64" plywood spars sandwiched in between it is solid, I have probably less flex with the plywood then using cf rods plus it is way lighter. . Also try to do double z with cf rods , you can't unless you go on opposite layers and overlap adding even more weight. Try it sometime, you will be surprised.

What I meant was not to have carbon spars following the wing shape but rather something that looks like this, the red line being the carbon spar: ____/___\____

In terms of weight that would probably be the lighter solution.

I don't quite follow the picture in relation to the Corsair wing

The black lines are the wing, looked at from the front (or back)

My wing is nice and clean top and bottom, the two laminated in pieces of plywood with three layers of foam is plenty strong If this wing breaks the carbon fiber won't help.

Yup, that's exactly what I meant when I said that I'd run a carbon spar across the bottom.

Well so far this design seems super strong. I think if I break the wing that extra rod is broken also.

If you aint broke it yet then it probably aint going to break under normal circumstances, Jeff

I have changed what I said in that post so it seems more reasonable
You must have a plane that you haven`t broke.
I still have the original P.60 but retired it cos it looks shabby. After seeing how well it flew I am reinstating it to full operational status
