Has anyone devised a method to allow vertical take offs for Parkjets using Al tubes/rods on plane/ground? If so please describe or post photos. I would desire to actually step back and take off straight up without fumbling with the transmitter after hand launch. I cannot conceive of necessary installation/modifications to my Parkjets........some one has already figured this out I would wager. thanx!! Ps..I used the bungee cord launch for a while but is too clumsy to set up and the surgical tubing doesn't last very long.

Anything like this?

Would it launch without a bungee cord or surgical tubing to pull it into the air? Would it veer rt or left and have the prop hit without it? Will it go without anything but laying it on the pvc? chas

Thanks, but it actually looked worse than it was since the plane is so stable when vertical. After several vertical launches and found that letting it "do its thing" is best!

That is a super flyer and lifts off like a dream!!!!Gives me so much to think about!
