I have ordered a 6 channel transmitter and recever from hobby partz. I've ordered on october 30th. they mailed me on that day about my order have been confirmed. on nov 3rd, they sent me a mail about it being shipped on that day, and that the tracking number will be on the via usps within the next 24-48 hours. i have checked every day for a week and still have not gotten any tracking on my product. i also mailed them on the nov 9th and they asked me for the order number on the nov 10 th. so, i mailed them with the information they needed on the 11th. i have not gotten any respond, so i mailed them again on the 14 the. and again, i have not gotten any respond...

this is not the first class customer support that they told me they had. i just want to get my f 22 EB in the air and not have this problem.

ps. i live in canada so i paid the extra $10 also!

Oh yeah, Canada... that could be why... When we use to ship products to Canada it would often take just a couple days to get to the border and then SIT in the customs office for a few weeks... That may be whats going on.

Yea but shouln't the tracking number work? if its sitting in the border, i would understand, but the tracking number doesn't work. since its sent FROM United States, i think it should appear in the USPS site.

Most of the time I can't see my stuff on the USPS until after it is at my house. Not vert good tracking like UPS

Thats how USPS tracking works (or doesn't' work). Its not like UPS or FEDEX where they show you step by step where it is and such. The package will just sit there for as long as the Canada office feels like and then one random day it will just show up at your house. Frustrating, I know.

It issue is really the customs office, not so much the shipper or store in this case it seems.

And just to rant, for some reason its the Canadian customs office that takes the most time. When we use to ship products we would see products get to the UK and AU much faster than Canada. Its just the time it takes customs to clear it for whatever reason... just our experinece with it anyway.

I know when I order stuff (i.e. $9 in "Tax-Exempt Toy-Parts" that really cost $200 ) from communist China and have the package ssent to my home here in socialist America, things can get stuck in the U.S. International Customs for about a week (sometimes two) unless I use EMS, which gets delivered promptly.

the problem is USPS... the tracking number in USPS page only inform me for more than 20 days the same message : " The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on October 15, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. ... bla bla bla..." I wrote to hobbypartz and one guy wrote me than this situation is normal.... two days before the package came to my house (3 1/2 week after buy) the tracking number worked in my local mail service web page... in USPS still have the same info....

the same problem from Grayson Hobby... they still don´t respond me but I know is a USPS problem (same message in their web page)

anyway keep the faith!!!

Is really impresive than Hobbyking with Hongkong post has a good tracking system... hong kong, zurich, santiago in 3 weeks and with info all the time..
Same thing from UK stores and Parcel Post.... actually both service are lot more faster than US system
good luck!
