Hi Steve! I stopped by to see you but you were busy with a customer. Said hi to Denise, though. Tent looked good. Had to leave early, unfortunately, so didn't do an frcfoamies booth. But I. enjoyed the short stay. See at the next fly in! Love your videos - really good fun!

Can someone enlighten me? I have never heard of tissue printing. Sounds interesting. What is it, how and why is it used?

Just caught my ear and was curious.

Everyone probably has there own technique or need for this type of printing, but in our world it's a simple way to get an image from your computer onto your airplane and save weight. Basically you attach some tissue to a carrier sheet of paper you would normally run through your inkjet printer and.... whalaa!

Say Howdy back! I didn't see an su37 in your booth. Start building! I'm sure you've got plenty of time I think I gave you that one and an f35 plan?
To anyone who doesn't know Killer Planes, Steve and his wife Denise are a comedy act who also make kits to crash proof planes. The videos are very funny but they are funnier in person. I had a booth next to them at the Warwick, NY fly in back in June.

I finally got the video of Saturdays "Warbird Mass Launch" to load.
Sorry in advance for the low quality.
The video runs pretty long, but I wanted to get the whole event.
They had them launch one at a time going down the line, so it took a while just to get them all up.
If you hang in there till all the planes are down, look-listen for the dude in the Prussian field marshall's helmet playing taps.

Well, congratulations to Newt (Mark) for being mentioned in the NEAT fair recap video from FliteTest! At the 3 minutes mark they mentioned the guy who brought the nicely painted spitfire complete with canopy? That was Newt! Oh, and thanks to boxermad84 (Jay) for telling me I got a thank you from David just after that. Jay and I gave David an alpha jet kit to build. I will not deduct points for my mispronounced last name. Hope to see them review it soon!

Kudos to you F1. I just watched the Flitetest recap, and wow, they did not like the officiating. They didn't show the FT Cruiser doing dif-thrust donuts on the runway though. I was surprised they didn't get told off for that bit of un-safeness.
Hope they do a review of the alpha jet for you, or better yet the whole frcfoamies line. The mosquitolooks awesome.

Thanks TYOHO! One plane would be enough! The couple smaller fly ins are much more relaxed. I mean, less stuffy. I understand the need for safety but demonstrating the planes potential is part of the fun. I was flying high alpha with the alpha jet at Warwick and Newt was spotting me. But an old timer decided to land without notice causing me to do avoidance maneuvers just to spite me! Us foamy guys get no respect.

did you meet flitetest when you where there? They said that the place was strict on the rules. I know that with the way me and my brothers fly out scratch builds we would be getting yelled at in the first 2 seconds. Maybe even on launch!
When life gives you lemons you make grape juice... then everyone stands back and wonders how you did it .

I was hanging out with Newt when we ended up chatting with David for 45 min. Both David and Josh Bixler are super nice and interested in what you have to say. At least they appear to be interested, haha. Yeah, not to many happy pilots there. I didn't bother flying since I only had 2 hours there, but I probably would have gotten thrown out too!
