Google 'micro fasteners'....there are many suppliers, just find out what size they are.

Or "grub screw" or "set screw" I have never heard the term micro fasteners (looks like a company)..

It's best to just buy a pile of them you may need them in the future and they are super cheap. I recommend buying some 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm grub screws..

Correct, I usually call them set screws. The 'micro' directs google to look for small fasteners. Here are a couple in 30 seconds of searching:
