Saw this pop up on Banggood a couple weeks ago and it looked to be a real bargain! Couldn't see any reviews though, so figured I would take a plunge and do a review myself. I'm impressed with it. It's not the best drone at its size but it does offer a lot for its price!

While the Hubsan H107C has suddenly doubled/tripled in price, the LS-min will now take its place as my top recommended introductory quad.

I like it .. but as you say - video / stills are not so good.

I have various drones I play with on those crap days :

WL959 ... bit bigger and at best a frustrating flyer !

As a reviewer I was supplied various but the ones I kept :

Eachine E33 with camera ...... marks 5 out of 10 ... much better then WLtoys 959 ... but still a bit wayward in flight ... calibration fails to work !
Eachine EO10 tiny .... now this drives my cats and dogs nuts !! Its really good fun indoors but has no camera or FPV ... its purely a fun close visual flyer
Eachine E58 .... the cheap mini Mavic as some say ... and is the one that Scam artists palm off using Mavic videos and specs for silly money on Facebook etc. Reasonable but can drive you nuts at time with its temperamental phone app.

One of my biggest hurdles and stops me going full FPV ... I cannot get a budget priced goggle system that works with my glasses. I tried lenses in my Viper+ ... tried even ones that you slide phone into ...
So I am relegated to screen FPV and that sucks outdoors.

I would recommend the Eachine EV-200D goggles for pretty good quality on a budget, it's about £200. But I need to see if it can fit over my glasses first.

I did contemplate getting an E58 or E520, but the lack of a gimble made me think it wasn't gonna be worth it. Not when I already have a racing quad.

Nope. It definitely doesn't fit over my glasses. And mine are pretty narrow, so that rules them out.

I know I can buy some cheap Tesco glasses and 'tack' the lenses into the goggles .......... but then if I remove goggles - I'm stuck without glasses ... I don't fancy scrabbling to put on my glasses while my model is in the air !!

I did look at the goggles designed for spectacle wearers ... where the 'box' is actually angled up from the forehead and the image is projected onto a screen in front of your glasses ......... but they are not cheap.

I also considered the tiny projectors that fit to your glasses and then you view through one lense ... again not cheap.

That projected screen one looks good. Haven't checked the videos, but the UAV futures one looks positive and it was their review of the EV-200D that sold it to me in the end. 🙂

Talking with my FPV pal ... he's flown some extreme range stuff and also big as well as small .... he reckons the JJRC monocle is OK - but because of no external antenna - he would not recc'd it.

BUT he's looking at the reflected screen job seriously. The reflected screen one that was before and literally only one was too expensive in my mind ... crazily priced.
This one though with same resolution etc. is less than 1/2 the price ... I'm 50-50 whether to jump in on it !! have to make mind up before 22 June though !!
