What is the ideal thickness of the KF plates (in my case KF4)
What thickness gives least drag best lift and strength
My choices are
6mm depron homenade out of 2x3mm sheets
3mm depron sheet
4mm paper off Adams  readiboard ( think E3Scott is a fan of this )

The only part I can really add is none of the above for the least amount of drag  and of course the thicker you go the more drag you create.

Strength , depending how you laminated the 2 3mm sheets together  could be stronger then 6mm Depron

I like the kf4 for the stability it adds plus the strength, not really sure if it really adds much lift.

What you building?

34 INCH
Same as last one that destroyed itself due to servo failure
got plenty of carbon in it so most probably go 6mm as the paperless DTF is thinner at 4mm its also softer and more prone to damage without the paper even after varnishing and painting
