Halloa people 🙂

sooo.. you have probably come across previous Jumper transmitters? The selling points of those were:
1. inexpensive; 2. multi-protocol; 3. small (tiny)
And this new T16 holds true to most of those.. it is NOT small however 😉

Feel free to post Your experiences / review / questions etc about the radio offcourse 🙂
I'll start with a first part to my review of it 🙂

All kinds of planes, multi rotors, heli's, cars & boats..

The lack of size has been one of the points that many raise and that initially it fits hands etc. but as you carry on flying - the hands / fingers can ache from the 'cramped' size of the Tx.

I think its the way other radios will follow though ... its to good a principle to lose out on - multi protocol.

Size .... I still have my old JR Prop 8 .... from the 1980's ... HEAVY ! ... but I still prefer its feel in the hands, you knew it was there.

My biggest gripe with many radios today - trying to find trim switches without looking. My 9x is fine as they are raised like old radios ... but my 9xr and others I see on the flight line have near flush trims ......

I have 7 radios at present - 4 of which are my regulars - all FrSky modules. Gives me redundancy .... but the Jumper series are seriously interesting me .... I have considered the T12 but it was small ...

I tried crossed trims but being old school where you could not do it ... I grew up without. I couldn't get used to it.

What I absolutely LOVE about er9x and ersky9x ........... the trim switch function where I can assign a switch such as the momentary to zero all trims to the stick position held at the time ... so all I do now is fly straight and level holding sticks and then flick the switch ... let go sticks and there she is ... with maybe a click or two left just to finish the job.

I mechanically cross-trimmed my radio's in the old days 😋

Yeah.. instant-trim.. there is something I don't really like, but maybe I should just use it more 🙂

Instant trim ... it grows on you !!

I started using it when I was flying high speed stuff that needed absolute control and basically instant correction. When you have a 700mm model at over 200kph ... you don't want to be fumbling for trims !!

This (instant trim) is probably why the Nirvana radio has more momentary switches then other radio's (it's trims are AWKWARD 🙂)
