Nitro MXS Muscle down on your back and bend your Nitro MXS knees. Keep both your hands behind the neck. Keep the back firm on the ground and slowly pull your upper body and twist it towards your right knee and then to your left knee. Continue performing the exercise in 2-3 sets with 15 repetitions in each.
