The instruction manual (sheet) will tell you how. Typically, though, it starts with disconnecting your other ESCs, and then connecting everything with the throttle at 100%. Throttle endpoint setting is just one option, and if you give it a few more seconds, it'll go into programming mode with a new series of beeps. Your instructions should tell you which series of tones represents which menu. When you get to the one you want, drop the throttle. Another series of beeps/tones starts. Each set represents a programming option. Right after you hear the one you want, you push the throttle back up. From there, they usually go back into the main menu series of tone options.

with the escs being part of the quad and it being from rctimer, there is nothing in the manual about how to program the escs.
