That's the bad thing about Hobby King; you order, and then you wait.
With the great prices, are the parts worth waiting for? To me, YES.

I can track mine at my local postal service website.
Select your country in the drop down menu here: http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp
Then paste the shipping number in the new page that pops up.

The trouble with most shipments from Hong Kong is that they sit in US customs until they're **** well ready to release them. I had a shipment in customs for 2 weeks. Another order just disappeared for 8 MONTHS!!! By the time it finally arrived, I already got my money back from Paypal.

When I order from HK, I try to forget all about it as fast as I can. Then when it eventually shows up, it's like an unexpected gift. (...or so I keep trying to tell myself)

I feel your pain Graham96 I have a order for parts for the F-35 which is made and ready for servos etc. All parts in stock in the US warehouse the order says shipped but no matter what I do I have no luck tracking it. Even at the US mail tracking site listed here. Always says no information available. Every time I order from them I go threw this. HobbyKing is terrible ... while there prices are right they have some real work to do with customer service. I waited first for over a week and some how contacted them threw there online help... that in it's self was like winning the lotto! I about dropped my keyboard when they answered. I explained the order had been there for a week and it was a 3 - 4 day shipping and looked like it had not even been pulled yet it was deducted from my credit card with in a min of ordering. They said they would look into it... 48 hours later it said shipped and now its been another week and 1/2 still no package or tracking available. I've also seen orders that said they were in US warehouse that then came from HongKong. Rule #1 if in a hurry stay away from HobbyKing if you can wait yeah you'll save a few bucks for sure. Plane sure looks good sitting on the table

HK has opened a new US warehouse in Washington state, stocks a lot of inventory and ships within thirty six hours usually and you can track using our own usps system. I have ordered numerous times from the US ware house with out incident.
