Hi
I have bought a motor with built-in esc and hope that there is someone here who has experience with that type of engine.
When I connect power to the engine, the "ESC" plays, but no power comes to my receiver.
What amazes me is that the plug to be inserted into the throttle port on the RX only has two cables (one minus and one signal), so how do I get power for my RX when I need to bind?
The engine is a ZTW Black Widow 2206 2200kv
It does not appear anywhere in the sparse documentation how to bind it.
Is there a smart way to do it, so it will work?
There is also nothing in the documentation that the built-in ESC should be an OPTO, but it is perhaps the reason why a plus cable is missing in the Throttle plug?
It just doesn't seem to me to be very smart to build the engine and ESC together, and then make it as an OPTO, because then you have to pull extra plugs anyway.

With only 2 wires and I am no expert you don't have a built in bec so you will need to plumb one in.

These quad motors are designed specifically for a KK or similar flight control board. They won`t work like a normal motor and esc.
Wot, no Depron?

Wire in a BEC, or use a receiver battery.
