Analog servos do use less power and they're less susceptible to noise.

I also agree with fishwhisperer83, An analog version will be slightly slower and a little less precise, but this is un-noticeable on our planes.

just cut my f-35 in 1/2 at wot and the servos were tore out of plane and I bolted them into my mig-29 and there ready for more fun
