I'm working on getting together a plan for the plane, I'll let you know when I have something.

Have you considered 3mm depron, and a build like the FRC Foamies F-22?
Yes, I've known that I'm "different" for some time now...

Can someone recheck the numbers to make sure I didn't miss anything? I can build anything out of anything. I need to know that the numbers match up, and I'm not too heavy or too light. I was also curious about the CG on this thing.

So I've built a frame for the rest of the plane, matches blueprints, feels sturdy, and is acceptable for our weight limit. Remember, the max weight of the empty plane, no electronics, no nothing is 1.7 pounds. As you can see in the picture this only comes to 1/4lb.

I've started carving out some 1" thick insulation foam. First step is placing the motor, mounts, rails, and intake, then I can clear coat the interior and start carving out the outer fuselage, then clear coat that. Tedious process I know, but I enjoy the work and the results are pretty good so far.
