Halloa people 🙂

sooo Diatone recently released a new variation of their micro GTR line and this time we got an actual DeadCat frame 😃
It allso looks cool (IMHO) so I had to have one 😉
Offcourse it is a Deadcat quad to keep them pesky propellors out of view 🙂

Wow that really bites... lots of potential easy enough but since there is "cina" in the name I would have thought those small details would have been worked out

Caddx is doing Great at selling their camera's to quad companies 😉
I DO like the Tarsier from Caddx by the way, but I knew this was a bad choice on Diatone's part.. shame..

I'm just finishing up another GepRC Mark-4 build.

Speaking of runcam.  I am leaning on the split v3 for a lens and dvr. Using the mamba 722 20x20 controller stack.  Setup for 4s right now.

I don't have any 6s batteries yet ...lol.

Two things stood out on this the generation .. for lack of better words.  The mini stack does not offer built in bluetooth and I am going to miss having a usb port on the dvr. I will have to remove the sd card to save my videos.

I really do like this frame.

yes.. that USB port indeed IS bonus on the Caddx spilit-type camera's.. for the weight (and space) saving of the mini-stack it's wurth it though I think? 🙂
though I must admit I've gone for the full size stacks again for future builds :$

That was my goal in downsizing to the mini boards this time.  Weight and primarily the size of the footprint of the equipment. It just fits in there better.

Controller 20x20
- no bluetooth
- no esc reversal

Mini split 20x20
- no USB

Already 3 good reasons to remain with the larger 30x30 boards.

It's always good to see you visit us Dutch and enjoy the holidays
