Normally you can buy the set which has one of each CCW and CW,and you just spinn one motor in reverse buy changing a wire between the motor and ESC.Just make sure the props are spinning correctly.

When I was building my RC model of Avatar's Aerospatiale SA-2 Samson (which unfortunately I never got around to finish) I solved that problem by simply buying a set of props for a quadcopter, meaning I got 2 spare props aswell. I'd go that route to get counter-rotating props.

CCW is the same as a pusher 99% of the time .  As a rule you want the top of the props spinning toward each other or if you are sitting in the pilot's seat facing forward the left prop is CW and the right is CCW.  Reverse one or both of the motors if required as Jimbo stated.
