How many are aware of the companies Amazon and Google trying to do this:

22 1/2 minutes of that guy would drive me up the wall! He kind of grates on my nerves for some reason. Can you give us a brief synopsis of what he said?
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

I can't take the time to watch it either...but I can guess just based on other news sources. Right now very low level airspace is basically wide open. It's too low for fixed wings and even really helicopters to use. However, in the coming drone invasion (via big companies like Amazon and others planning on using it for delivery and other services) that space is going to need to be controlled. Since the drones will be operating relatively autonomously, they will likely coordinate with a master air control computer and/or with each other directly to ensure they don't crash together. Can't just have any yokel flying around mucking that up so obviously they are going to want new regulations to control that airspace which will end up limiting hobby users.

I figured it had to do with their delivery by drones plans. I guess they'll have us all flying control line planes sooner or later.

Just wait for when the autonomous AI decides it doesn't need the master computer any more...
Whoever said nothing is impossible had obviously never tried slamming a revolving door...

Ya know it occurs to me that the Terminators weren't the bad guys, we were. They were trying to rescue the planet from us
