Interesting that it includes variable leading edge flaps as well as that canard. Must really have a problem with pitch.

Wonder how long it will take to remove the canard for it sure shows up on the radar as not being very stealthy.

Who going to try to duplicate this one?
I like to design and fly unique planes.

I've always wondered how well the J-20 would do in a real combat scenario against the F-35, being it our plane of choice these day's. The Syrian people the F-35 would be firing at won't be anywhere near capable of hitting jets flying at higher altitudes... so not exactly a real test of its capabilities. Taking out a few Jihadis in a pickup truck with a multi-million dollar fighter jet could be considered a little overkill in that example .

The only real test for the F-35 would be against a competitor like the J-20. I hope that scenario never happen's because fighting China or Russia (or NATO) would probably end up being wasteful.

But yeah sure... I think it would make a great park jet

the J20 really is a different kind of fighter I would call it more of a modern interceptor. Nearly double the size of the F35 and like the Pak50 more stealthy from the front than the rear. Range is the main goal of the J20. The integrated passive 360 degree sensors and data link is really what makes the F35.
