Halloa people 🙂

it's been a while sinds I did a build-series, and in this case part of the reason was getting some cool new products in for review 🙂
Sooo.. the aim for this build is a high quality version of the fun I had with the LDARC 200GT.. a very light 5" quad... I will be building a 6S quad though, and it will have quite a bit more Punch 🙂

Let's start this story with an overview of the components I'll use 🙂

List of parts:
frame: Hyperlite Floss 3.0 frame
stack: Diatone Mamba F722 mini
motors: Emax 2207 RSII 1600kv motors
props: T-Motor T5132 propellors
receiver: Rush XR602T-b3 frsky D16 receiver
FPV cam: Runcam Phoenix 1000tvl camera
VTX: AKKtek FX3-ultimate VTX
lipo option 1: Tattu Rline 1050mah 6S lipo's

Halloa people 🙂

sooo that Floss 3.0 frame IS well made / stiff / light but I wanted to have a look at an even Lighter frame.. And here we go.. I actually have an European frame this time 🙂

Let's have a look at the Rotorama Wasp 5" frame 🙂

Last look at one of the parts for this build! One of the most impartant parts of a build is the ESC + FC stack..
So lets have a detailed look at the Diatone / Mamba stack I selected 🙂

Cool !  I was beginning to wonder if you were going to actual build this one.  You toggled once already on what frame.
Fly like your mad at it.

Very nice ... current loading was way less than expected. A typical throttle punch was only using 35'ish amps on average.

I do see some shudder coming out of a turn and as it settles in. I'm sure you could feel that even more while holding the sticks. Very impressive results thus far ... nicely done.

A little fine tuning on I-Yaw and maybe pad the throttle curve down slightly. It must feel pretty snorty and aggressive on the sticks but I will argue the battery with you. I would recommend nothing less than a 1000 mah because you need 'some' weight to pull you back down yet. I only say this because I was running a uber light 4s on one of my own and it always felt like I was trying to keep it down .. it wanted to by nature climb with any input. ... but then I am flying under and around trees all the time too.

Well done Dutch. That's a fine looking Killdeer chaser you have there. 😜

post note: the Oscar lens is incredible.... I am ordering one of those.

Fly like your mad at it.

Thanks (again) sir! 😃
yeah.. the flight I posted in the Skyzone topic is a lot better.. Not 100% void of oscillations, but it's perfect for ME this way.. (I want to see problems coming by  seeing oscillations creap in )

Amps draw is nice and LOW indeed! 😃  the max I've seen so far was 65A.. that's just over half what the ESC's can do continuously 😃 😃
