    Hey Wild,
That sure is looking very pretty.:)
The FMA IA 58 Pucará (‘Fortress’) is an Argentine ground-attack and counter-insurgency aircraft manufactured by the Fábrica Militar de Aviones. It is capable of operating from unprepared airstrips when operationally required. When Argentina invaded the Falkland Islands in 1982, 25 Pucarás were deployed to three airfields on the islands. In the ensuing conflict, these aircraft had little success in use against British ground forces but a Pucará did shoot down one Scout helicopter.

Our version will have a wing span of 1200 mm or 47 inches I will using twin counter rotating 2826 22000kva motors.
6 x 9 gram servos for flaps ailerons rudder and elevator.

Since for a long time, may be two years.
It`s like having a fast car, you don`t have to drive fast everywhere but good to have the power for over taking:)
In this case overtaking Pigeon`s and holding your own in a Gull fight.

  8. That's some rpm , this will be the formula 1 of the Pucara's :D

  9. Slowly plugging away at the inner structure now. Using BB56's idea like he did on the AN2 for the 1 piece elevator control surface and incorporated in this guy so only 1 servo required.

Yes it does, like a jet but with propellers, which should make it the perfect subject for a park jet.
Well I suppose it`s a bit big for a PJ:)
Yeah looks like I dumb thumbed an extra 0 on that motor:D
    2200kva motor.

Great job Jeff, the fuse looks nice and strong:)

  18. I think it will do the trick. The AN2 has no cf rods in the fuse or battery tray at all even at 120% and it is nice and rigid especially after wedge filling it.

  19. Plans are done now (hopefully ;) ) , off to Staples to get them printed. :)
