Without the wings it takes off beautifully. Reg

Flying boats 101! Yes! They well help a lot. They well help get air under the wing so the wing dost make a sucksen . The wing want’s to go up but the water is pulling it back down. The flots well keep the wing form the water so the water cant suck the wing in .

That's most likely a question only Dave could answer, but I'll go out on a limb and guess if you buy the plans before this Saturday when the price goes up, the instructions probably would be free to download. If I'm wrong, I opologize Dave.

The plans only come with the build printouts.
It has the plans that you tile together with normal paper, the plans are 20 sheets big. 5x4.
And it has the bigger plans that you would use to say print from a plotter. And there are 3 of those.
It does have the color coded what goes where PDF, but other than that no instructions or video of any sort are included.

The PDF plans are just that, the PDF plans, nothing else. Build instructions, when they are available, will be free and able to be viewed by anyone and everyone. The point is, we don't have them RIGHT NOW but we didn't want to keep people away from the PDF plans for another week. Since we don't have the build instructions, we don't feel the product is complete so you should not have to pay the whole price right now since we can't show you quite yet how to put the whole thing together.
However, they are complete enough that most experienced builders should be able to put them together no problem without the instructions. Thanks!
Oh, and Tyrant, the three LARGE PDFs are untiled patterns that are meant to be used for full sheets of depron.

All will be explained later, there are several concepts that one needs to know to wire 2 motors together properly. Dave and I will see to it that you and anyone else that wants to know can know.
To answer your question, though, the ESC's are wired to the brushless motors with 3 wires. When you reverse any 2 wires the motor's direction reverses. The rest, like I said, will be answered later on with videos.

Man dave, your pdfs gets beter and better. Ever time I turn around there is a new and cooler pdf comeing out. So, the new f-1 hydro, is awsome, and it would be perfect for an intermedit scratch build for me in the future.

I was reading through your comments in the first post, and yes I did read the whole thing (nice last comment there, dave )
Just noticed a typo. Not a big deal but I figure I'll point it out to you:
" - Speaking of pitching up, DON'T fly this plane full throttle, Ace! This plane will start to go erratic on the pitch if you fly super fast. Because of its unique wing it likes to cruz (cruise) ..."
This is probably what I need to do for my project where I wanted to be able to fly in the snow, but I don't quite have all the materials

Taking to the air again
I've been out of RC for almost 30 years now, but have been lured back by the ease of Depron construction. I used to get emotionally attached to aircraft after spending weeks or even months building, only to be met with the inevitable crash. These electric flyers are unlikely to trigger that pathetic, sad sense of loss when they bite the turf. That said...
What kind of flight time should I expect to see on a twin like this? I'm imagining terrible glide characteristics, so with a 2 or 3 cell (as recommended), how long should I expect to be in the air?
