| A: | . | PDF plans are digital computerised patterns you can use to build and rebuild an R/C plane. The trick with custom built airplanes is building them at the right size, shape, and using the right motor. Hundreds of variables that take years to learn are taken care of for you by our experienced designers. You can check out a free PDF plan here to see how much you can do with PDF plans.
You use flat sheets of foam you can buy from various places and use the patterns/templates from the PDF file to cut out the airplane parts. Then you assemble the plane according to the instructions, adding all the electrical components and adjusting them as needed for flight. The great part about this when the plane is crashed you can simply cut out new foam parts and use the same electronics over and over again! |
