| 1) USA and International shipping? Yes, we ship all over the world. Please see our shipping page for prices and details. http://www.rcpowers.com/policies.htm For all orders (US and International) the best way to save on shipping is to order as much as you can. We charge a flat rate for small, medium, and large items. What alot of guys do is get a few of their buddies in on an order and order everything they need at once. You can buy as many kits and accessories as you want, and the shipping stays the same. It’s a built-in discount. |

| 2)
How much for “everything”? Do you have a ready-to-fly package?
We do not have any pre-made kits or any ready-to-fly packages. All our kits are designed for experienced flyers who mostly prefer the kit so they can customize it as they build it. Say you want to order a kit plus “everything” it needs. I cannot tell you what the total price is going to be for that. There is just too many ways a kit can be set up. Plus I don’t know what your experience level is and what items you already might have. It takes me alot of time to try and figure out what exactly you might need. We have a recommended list of what each plane requires on all of the ABOUT pages of each kit. |

3) What should beginners do? RC Simulator The best and only
thing for a beginner to do in my opinion and experience is start with
a RC flight simulator. Doesn’t matter which one, as long as it has
a real RC controller so you can learn the mind muscle connection that
is needed to fly these. You will save so much time and money if you get
a simulator first and master it, trust me! FMS RC
Simulator ($20 to $40) I am not selling these because I do not have the time nor ability to answer all the customer service questions about installing a new piece of software on everyone’s computer. Please do your own research, get the right simulator for your computer, and make it work. |

5) What electronics do the kits require? A list of everything you need to set your kit up is on the ABOUT page of each kit.
All the instructions for the kit are on the website. They
are very easy to find. We have two types of instructions: Be sure to look at both. What is not explained in the picture instructions is in the video, and vice-versa. Also, for all of the VT jets (F-22, MiG, and Euro) see the F-22 instructions. They are much more complete than the MiG and Euro. All 3 of these jets use the same basic techniques for assembly. Any other questions please email me. The faster and happier you are at the flying field, the sooner you will be a flying billboard for us! |

7) Will this motor/servo work? Yeah sure, why not? I design all my kits “AK-47 style.” Which means, you can really slap these things together with whatever you got and they are still going to work. The best performance can be found with the items I recommend, but whatever you have as far as motor, servos, etc will still “work” they just might not work as well. Generally, what I recommend is go ahead and start with your current motor, servo, or whatever that you would like to use on our kits. This way you don’t have to spend more money buying more electronics. Worst case scenario is if you don’t like the performance your electronics have on our kits, you can always upgrade later, no big deal. |

8) How do I set up my radio for elevons, flaperons, spoilerons, etc? I have no idea. I don’t know how to program every radio out there. I couldn’t even tell you how to program the one I have (DX6). It just too complicated. What you got to do is just fight through the manual like I did. Took me over 3 straight days to get mine figured out. Here are some tips: - Spoilerons are really just flaperons upside down. If you have a 6ch radio you probably have a “flaperon” or “flaps” setting in there. That is what you are going to set up to make spoilerons. And for both settings (spoilerons and flaperons) you need to have a servo for each wing. One servo plugs into your aileron ch, and the other plugs into your aug ch 6, or wherever your manual tells you. |

9) How did you do the smoke? That was a one time thing for the F-22 video: We coated the wingtips with aluminum duct tape. Here is a video of us testing the smoke out: |

10) Phone orders? We don’t have a phone number on the website cause we are so busy with just getting the internet orders out. If you don’t want to use a credit card over the internet you can mail us a check. Best and fastest thing to do is email me, tell me what you would like to do, and I can call or email you right back and get it taken care of. I am faster to respond to emails than phone calls. |
