Excellent, Boxermad! I love the su37 so I will love this! Someone just posted a question in a thread looking for a su27 plan and I told him about shumate and tomhe. I'll tell him about boxermad84 now. What do you think about the su30?

finaly sorted out a vid for the su-30
i will need to add the rudders as the plane does not want to turn a slow speeds.
its really fast on the roll as you can see and loops are good, so rudders and should be a good plane.

    exceptional design boxermad!!!

it looks lot of more agile than the ThomHe design (more central prop position maybe) .... going to be a tough decision choosing between the two... add to this the new MIG from F1.... %$#

Really nice, Jay! That thing loops like crazy and high alpha look very nice! Rudders will help with that! What motor are you using? Looks fast! I've got the tomhe sitting idle. I would like to do your ef next, i think.

as far as i know they are simlar air frames, the Su-27, Su-30, Su-34 and Su-35 was all production planes and the su37 was only a prototype it is only a single seater plane and the su-30 was a two seater. the su-30 was made for China, and later Indonesia and Vietnam. but differance between the 37 and 30 in rc modles is very little. this is just my version of the su family.
allso i think my design is more simple and a bit more scale looking.

Ok..the plans and shape and design looks so close to the SU-37 i was just curious...just like on the 37 i would cut the elevon tips straight forward for more bite and control..mine flies amazingly well..that is till it meets a tree ;) lol!

attached is how i cut mine and what i would suggest for this...

are you noticing a trend with me? ;)

Looks really good, Jay! The plane seems to do everything well. I've got an SU37 from tomhe but I want to try one of your planes- once I get done with the mig...

That is about the best I've seen on an SU30! The active canards and kf2 really do the trick. Looked like you were in total control! Great work, Boxermad!

The JMW f16 EDF feels like a mig. I have yet to wring its neck, but now that spring is here I will have to do that. After rebuilding the mig 1.44 I will try your f16!
